Phil Rice heads up Project Management. He has spent over 30 years building and refurbishing residential and commercial properties.

In addition to being a qualified electrician, he has extensive knowledge of Networks, Home AV, Security and HVAC packages. He has an excellent approach to problem solving and delivering cost effective innovations and solutions.

Paul Waters

Procurement Director

Paul Waters has worked in construction since his carpentry apprenticeship. He has been refurbishing and building properties since the 1990s. This culminated in a directorship at a national level for a housing consortium, as head of Procurement and Delivery of Projects. Having worked alongside Phil Rice for several years, in the past, he shares the same can do attitude, and has an excellent track record of timely cost effective project delivery.

He also has over 15 years of knowledge and experience in QS and JCT contracting and financing. He provides oversight on all aspects of the project, time management, site mobilisation, prelims. He ensures the project is meeting expected timescales and budgets. This enables us to provide the client with excellent up to date costings, thus avoiding unexpected overruns or increases in costs. Shaun Waters

M&E Director

Shaun has over 30 years in the industry. From a time served Gas engineer and Team Manager for a National PLC, to running his own residential refurbishment company, culminating in his position overseeing our site mobilisation, and installation of all aspects of M&E and HVAC. 

His methodical approach and diligence is well suited in delivering complex projects on time and within design parameters.
