Phil Rice
Director
Phil Rice owns and runs Lux Renovations Ltd. He has spent over 30 years building and refurbishing residential and commercial properties.
He thrives on challenges with design and construction, working with the client to tweak and improve on design and ideas, as the project develops. Resulting in the project you wanted, not what you ended up with.
In addition to being a qualified electrician, he has extensive knowledge of Networks, Home AV, Security and HVAC packages. He has an excellent approach to problem solving and delivering cost effective innovations and solutions.
